For some time now, I’ve been talking about snowflakes getting triggered by ridiculous things including chalk, weight scales, Make America Great Again hats, and even nursery rhymes. The individuals who got appalled by these silly objects certainly could not work for the Silent Partner Marketing company. That is because the company requires potential employees to take a “snowflake test” in order to be considered for a position.
Kyle Reyes is the CEO of Silent Partner Marketing and he developed a unique way to verify if candidates have what it takes to work for his company. Reyes doesn’t want most people to work for my company because as he eloquently states, “Most people suck.” And Reyes points out that it isn’t millennials who are entitled brats, but “their parents, their grandparents, their kids.”
The Connecticut-based marketing company asks applicants to take a survey, which asks them questions about themselves and their life.
“Anyone who may be a viable candidate for our agency has to take the test before they get an at-bat at an interview,” he continued. “It’s 30 short-answer and essay-style questions that help us to really get to know a candidate. We want to get in their heads. See how they apply logic and reason to different scenarios. See what makes them tick. See if they’d be a good fit for our culture.”

On Wednesday, Reyes appeared on Fox News and elaborated on the culture of his company and stated that “someone who’s not proud to be an American” would be automatically disqualified from a job at the firm.
“I want people who have a sense of community, who have a sense of heart, who aren’t afraid to wear their hearts on their sleeves.” He explained.
He added that the applicant should be in favor of the Second Amendment because several employees carry firearms and they represent clients who do as well.
The Silent Partner Marketing openly supports the police and has pledged to donate up to $500,000 in services to first responders and police.
“We work very, very closely with a lot of police departments and so you need to be comfortable and willing to support the men and women who serve and protect,” Reyes said.
Reyes said that other companies have asked him to make a “snowflake test” for their hiring process.
